ADDAR strives to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing on our website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to screen calibration. For Make to Order items, final designs may differ slightly from images as each piece is handmade.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jordan.

Limitation of Liability
ADDAR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of ADDAR or its content suppliers and is protected by Jordanian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. ADDAR reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. For Make to Order items, an inquiry is not a binding order until both parties confirm specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
